I have seen Casey revolutionize individuals basketball careers with his unique style of training and ability to assess players strengths and weaknesses; through his resilient leadership ability, deep wisdom, wealth of knowledge and profound understanding for the nuances of human performance, nutrition, strength & conditioning, and basketball training acumen for player development on how to perform at a high level, while understanding the basic fundamentals of repetition doing things the correct way.

“Casey’s passion and basketball knowledge is on par with any coach or trainer I have been around. Last summer, leading into my third year, I believe was my last chance to prove myself. I did not get much minutes my first two years and with 4 starters leaving I knew the opportunity would be there. Along with opportunity, there needs to be production, which Casey always stressed. I put my head down and got to work. He wanted to focus on my ability to be comfortable with the ball in my hands. Making the right reads, being a decision maker, creating for myself and other people.
